Not goin anywhere for awhile? Grab a Snickers.

Remember that old Snickers commercial? That's one of my favorite lines - I use it all the time. Probably too much. But I gotta tell ya, from the looks of things around here, that line has a whole new meaning......

This was right around the time it started snowing last night.

And this morning.

Can you find my car?

How bout my grill?

Yesterday, I moved my trashcan to the backdoor so I would have easy access to it during the storm. Yeah right.

Did I mention that we are only HALF way through our blizzard? Yeah, I'm gonna go grab that snickers now.

Goodness Gracious Kim..now I know you're probably not gonna like this..but this snow is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Here in Middle Georgia, we don't get much of this gorgeous white stuff..but when we do, folks go a little nuts over it.

Beautiful to see, but don't want it here. That much here would shut this whole area down for a LONG time!

Good snowy day Kim, I am right here with you. It looks like the storm is subsiding here at 1 pm. I think you are still going to get alot more. I agree, go get a snickers, make some gooey browns and a good cup of something hot.
I have posted some of my pics too.
You do have to admit it does look beautiful, until you need to go somewhere. There are alot of snow emergencies over here in PA, I think we are in a disaster emergency mode.
Pray everything goes well, stay warm, keep your flashlight handy and get ready to shovel, shovel, shovel....

Hi Kim - I feel better about mine looking at yours! It's pretty well cleaned up here by now, just had to wait for the plow to come through and now we are reconnected to the world. But now supposedly we are getting more on Wednesday?? I've been spoiled by our mild winters the past few years! Have fun indoors, looking forward to seeing what you did with your free time!

Hi Kim, I hope you stocked up on snickers because it looks like you will be in for a while! Be sure and take pics after it is all over...I can't imagine it being any deeper! We got 7 inches last week and our town freaked out! I hope you are staying warm and comfy in your new chair! Take care, Kristen

I'm glad you will post more pics of that beautiful snow! I would love for you to post about my new items...thank you. I will be listing more tomorrow, I sold all of the tassels exept for one. I also have some orders that I'm working on. I didn't think they would sell that fast! I just visited your Etsy store...you have some wonderful things listed, I will post about your store soon too. I also missed your post on the two houses you are working on, they look wonderful!! I can't believe all of the beautiful furniture you are finding so cheap! I would have bought that secretary in a heartbeat!! Great job! Kristen

Hi Kim,

Sounds like you got a lot of snow too! I live just outside of Annapolis in Maryland and we got 34 fabulous inches with another 6 or so expected on Tuesday!

They're calling it Snomaggedan (I have no idea how to spell that!) here!

Stay warm!
