Blooming Bliss

It occurred to me, that I have yet to post any outdoor pictures this year.  Shame on me!

I got this bakers rack last year from Craig's List and filled it with mostly yardsale finds and goodies from Ross/Marshalls.

Early last Summer I found out I was pregnant.  It was also the Summer of endless heatwaves.  Put the two together and I stopped even going outdoors by mid-July.  Even more reason for me to enjoy gardening this year!

Just a random sampling.
Have a Summerlicious weekend!
xoxo,
Kim

I love your bakers rack and how you have everything displayed. I have one on our patio and it isn't half as cute!

Very pretty, Kim! I do pot gardening, too. It's easier on the back! Love those number pails you have. Did they come with the numbers? I ask because I have three metal pails and I was thinking of checking etsy for some number tags for them.

Very pretty Kim. I'm so impressed that you have a new baby and are able to carry on with projects.

Greetings, Mrs. Bliss!!! I'm still on my 'blog break,' but am visiting here and there... and I am visiting to say: Love your "Blooming Bliss!" And I hope that Mr. Bliss, Miss Bliss, Little Miss Bliss and Baby Bliss are all doing well!!! And I MUST say that Baby Bliss looks just like Little Miss Bliss to me! Do you get that a lot, that they look like each other?? :)
Hope all is going good with you guys and you are all having a good Summer. Everything is good with my son and I... We are still alive, not killing each other, which is good news. LOL! Especially since he is 20 and has an annoying mother. ;)
Please give Baby Bliss a BIG kiss from his Aunt Gloria. I couldn't believe his pic on the right side-bar -- how big he is getting! You must be SO PROUD! He's adorable. :)
Take care, Kim. Enjoy your summer!
Best,
Gloria xxoo

Love those little numbered buckets Kim. I have a question, in the first picture of flowers/greenery, is that a potato vine? The light green plant that looks like it is long? I want one what ever it is and I don't know what it is called. Psst-I am not a natural born gardener with a green thumb, but I love that plant.

Your baker's rack is the perfect potting bench. Your pots look great! I am starting to really like the green of sweet potato vines :D I am also going to grab your button now that I fixed the sidebar on my blog. Yay me!!!!!!!

Just admit it ... you've been afraid to go outside because of that huge snake that was in your backyard not too long ago, aren't ya?! LOL ... it was your house, right?

I love your baker's rack ... the galvenized pots with the numbers on it are too fun. And, your plants and flowers are beautiful (love sweet potato vine). Have a great weekend !! xo

It is hard to get out there sometimes when they are really small but now that mine is three we are out there all the time. The garden showed it too. I was really able to work in it this year. Lovely pots. Mine are wilting a little with all the heat.

Whatever your style is, it's definitely working! Your home is lovely, Kim! I love Tuscan with all the dark, rich colors, even though we live in the desert. I guess I aspire to the Tuscan-style, but I'm probably more ecclectic. We pretty much buy what we like and then worry about how to make it work in our home. It's going to be interesting to pull things together in the new house.
