Yard Sale Finds & Philly Pride!!!

Lots to be excited about today peeps.   Way to go Phillies!!  There is just no stopping our Fightin' Phil's - they are World Series bound for sure!

I'm also excited to show you what we found on the yard sale circuit this morning.  Whenever I say "we" in this context I mean my BFF and Etsy partner, Denise,  Yardsale Betty (my daughter Amy) and me!  It was a beautiful day here in S. Jersey and there were sales aplenty with lots and lots of goodies at ridiculous prices.

My favorite score of the day was this Fossil watch I stole bought for myself for a mere $2!  It just needs a new battery, but I love, love, love it!!!

You can just overlook the hairy arms.  I'm from Joisey and I'm Italian people!  We have lots and lots of hair!

And we're walkin'.....

Loved this faux cement patio decor.

It's actually foam, but who can tell?  And at 2 bucks I don't care!!!

Here she is amongst my other planters on the back patio.

Excuse the dried up grass in the background.  Ninety days of straight heat wave will do that.  I stopped watering in July....

This container of faux limes was a buck.

Not only did I love this large glass cake plate with domed lid, but I desperately needed it.  And for only $2 it was a score.  The pumpkin cake wasn't included - I added that myself after I got home and cleaned the plate.

This sweet hardcover coffee table Christmas book was at the same sale as the cake plate, but it was only fifty cents.

I almost never turn down a coffee table book, even if I know I'm not going to read it because I love how they look stacked up on tables.  This one sits on my ottoman in the Living Room.

These next few things are going on my Etsy store this afternoon.

A beautiful freestanding vanity mirror.

A small Florentine accent table (love the red detail).

And a beautiful Syroco mirror.

If you are interested in purchasing anything from my store, just mention that you are a follower of my blog to receive an extra 15% off the price.  Many things are listed with free shipping for a limited time.

Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful weekend.
Go Phillies!!!

Go Phillies, indeed!

What great finds. I swear, Kim, I think of you and all your great finds as I'm walking past yard sales in these parts. All I ever see is sticky Tupperware, stuffed animals and wood hearts. I can promise you I've never found a $2 Fossil watch.

Hope you're still feeling great!

Love the watch and the book! I found a couple of cool things at yard sales today. Guess I should photograph them.

My goodness. I love all of your finds. I need to shop at your garage sales. Everything here was BAD. I think it should have all gone to the dump!!! Love everything and I would definitely have bought it all. Hugs, Marty

Amazing finds, Kim! I can hardly believe that the neat planter is not made of heavy concrete! Love it! You are a real pro at finding bargains, and the cake dome is one of them! But my very favorite is the Syrocco mirror! I am always on the hunt for Syrocco to add to my Etsy shop. So now I am headed over to your shop :)

Kim, you always find such great things. That watch is great. The faux concrete statuary looks real. My dil is Italian and is the same way as you. I didn't know you were Italian, too. And I say Go Braves!!

Your hair armed Italian comment cracked me up. Lots of those in my family!
Great finds. I can't believe the watch and cake dome were only $2! You found some great deals.

Great finds! I love a bargain, even if it's not me finding them! The watch is so nice, you'll get lots of wear out of it.

Hugs,
Nancy

You did real good. I went to a church rummage sale and a couple of yard sales (looking for vintage jewelry), but did not have any luck this weekend.

Go Phillies!

I am in South Jersey as well & had no idea when I decided to follow your great blog.

Where abouts are you? I'm in Haddon Twp.

You always find great things!!!

You're funny! Just because you are from Jersey doesn't mean that you have cornered the market on hairy. The hubs has hair on his arms and he is from the south:) You found a lot of great items!
