Doting on a Blog Friend!

If you haven't already found this wonderful lady's blog, do yourself a favor and go check it out. Not only is she one of the nicest people in Blogland, but her blog, Nancy's Tidbits is filled with tons of wonderfully creative ideas and information. Also, her daughter Hannah just started a blog, Turley Times, where you can follow her along on her journey as she and her husband build a new home.

Hi, Kim.

Just saw your question about Blackberry Farm. It's in Walland, Tennessee (right outside of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area). It is FANTASTIC. You can check out details and photos at www.blackberryfarm.com. My family and I went for an extended weekend, and it was wonderful. A real treat, and one of the most beautiful properties I've ever seen.

I'll have to check out Nancy's blog.
I just read your post about Candy the Chandy. What a fabulous birthday gift, indeed! The fact that you found it on the street and that your sweet hubby was willing to help you restore it makes the story even sweeter. Happy Birthday!

Will check her blog out. Thanks for stopping by. The journals are just composition books that I glued (used a glue stick) a piece of scrapebook paper on the front and used a black fine point sharpie to label them.

My blog has just been growing like a crazy weed and I haven't been able to get by for as many visits. I miss all my blog friends.
