Happy Independence Day!!!

I'm proud to be American every day, but especially on the 4th of July.  It's one of my favorite holidays and we almost always celebrate it with friends.

And speaking of friends, I want to thank all of you, my dear sweet blog friends, for your warm and encouraging comments and well wishes on my last post.  I can't tell you how much it means to our family.

While we are very excited at our unexpected news, Rich and I learned that because of my procedure last year, our baby will almost definitely be very small.  Additional complications regarding growth in the womb are also an issue.  But we are very optimistic and know that we are in good hands.  We have found a new OB that we love and she has me seeing lots of specialists and getting lots of tests.  It's going to be a long road and I'm sure we're in for quite a roller coaster ride, but we are ready for whatever the Lord has planned for us.

Please keep me and the baby in prayer and I will be sure to keep you posted on our progress.

xoxo,
Kim

Wow, Kim, I miss a few posts and LOOK what I came back to!!! I am wishing you good health and positive vibes on this new journey! It would be exciting and scary if it were me, but you seem to have just the right outlook. And, I bet your girls are really excited! {Right???} A big adjustment for the whole family, but since you will all be head over heels, a wonderful one. Congratulations and Happy Fourth of July! xx Suzanne

Oh Wow Kim!! Congradulations!!! I will be praying for you...I've heard of women in their late 30s and 40s getting pregnant more easily. I'm 36 and am not planning on having any more kids, but you never know! I will pray that all goes well.

Thanks for checking out our Disney photos, it was alot of fun! Take care... Kristen
